Apple Series 6 Watch Competition Terms & Conditions

 e-Reception Book – ‘Apple Watch Series 6 Prize Draw’

1. Open to residents of mainland United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Employees and their immediate families of MediaBase Direct Limited and its associated companies, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this draw are excluded from entry. Only one entry per person, per household, per company, no bulk or third-party entries. The promoter is MediaBase Direct Ltd. (“MBD”). Registered Office: TML House, The Anchorage, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 1LY. Incorporated in England and Wales Number 2651463.

2. Entry is gained by completing the Online Demonstration of ‘e-Reception Book’. Closing date for Online Demonstrations of all entries is 28th February 2021 at midnight.

3. There will be one winner selected during the promotion. One winner will receive an Apple Watch Series 6 Blue Strap. It is the responsibility of the winner to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any Apple extended warranty cover. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability.

4. The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas, gratuities, telephone calls, taxes, personal expenses, and anything not expressly included in the prize.

5. An independent person will draw at random one winning entry from all Online Demonstrations of ‘e-Reception Book’. The winner will be notified by Telephone or Email within 28 days of the closing date. The prize may be withdrawn from the said winner and a new winner drawn if the prize is not accepted within 28 days of notification.

6. No entry fee, no purchase necessary.

7. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.

8. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

9. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to MBD Promotions, ‘Apple Watch Series 6 Draw’, MBD, Lancaster Court, Fareham PO15 5TU.

10. The winner and the other participants may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.

11. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBD shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by the winner, or any individual chosen to participate with the winner in the prize, as a result of their participation.

12. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.

13. These rules are governed by English law.
