1. Assign Parcel to recipient
When a parcel arrives, simply use the Mailroom application to assign the package to the recipient. Through the app you simply take up to 5 photo’s of the parcel and add additional information such as Location, Courier and Additional Notes.
2. Instant Notifications
The online encrypted dashboard allows your reception teams to have a clear, real-time view of who's present within your facilities. All data can be exported as a CSV Excel file.
3. Parcel Collection
Once the recipient arrives to collect the parcel, they are required to digitally sign for their delivery, confirming collection. This ensures a correct audit of a parcel collection, the recipient will also be emailed a notification confirming collection, with the signature and name of the person who collected the parcel.
